The very hungry horse at the Jaermuseet

He said he was a bit peckish, but he wouldn't touch the grass I went and got for him. How rude!

See I was listening to that nice man showing us round the park, even if I did get told off for giggling at his funny accent. Twice!! Sorry.

Fisketorget Bergen

Down the fish market in Bergen this morning.
Got a sharp nip on the nose from one of these! I was only giving it a sniff it to see if it was fresh enough for breakfast!

Love is all you need

Love is all you need. But probably not so environmentally acceptable to carve it into a tree. Bound to be something that adds to your carbon footprint or something! Rugly

Furry Friend

Stopped to help a furry friend cross the road, but it all went a bit wrong. I do let people walk all over me sometimes!

The Dummy Tree

Took little Ida to the dummy tree today. She did not quite grasp the concept! She thought it was some sort of spares shop and started collecting a few extras in case of future losses. Just imagine it...being arrested for stealing dummies from the dummy tree. Kleptomania in the under threes is apparently a common problem, I'm told.

Maybe one day she'll give up her little addiction. Hopefully before she hits her teens.

Family Day Out

Adverts for the local family day out: posted on farm equipment is popping up like toad-stalls round here just now. I guess it's just an autumn thing?

Sand Dunes

Beautiful afternoon's walk down the beach. Freezing cold though! Selle, Norway

Very Cold Surfers

Can you believe this pair? A man and lady just popping down the beach for a surf in November at Selle, Norway

Sandy Dandy

Surprising what plants and flowers do grow through the sand dunes. How about this beautiful dandy lion. Myth has it that if you pick them then you will wet the bed that night... Never noticed this to be a problem myself. Rugly.
