What a lovely day!

It's been a busy day! Well you have to use these last sunny days before winter! Out in the boat doing a spot of fishing. Didn't catch anything, but snapped this lovely little place up in the fjords just south of Sauda. Rugly

Where's Rugly?

"Can you spot me in this picture? Climbed up on here trying to show that you can have fun here. Despite all the things you are not allowed to do!" Rugly

Rugly on the Rocks

Rugly had a great afternoon rock climbing in the Norwegian sunshine today. Thanks for the picture Sissel, really great to get pictures live by phone and see Rugly in action.

Chicken Pox

All Spotty! My friend Duck has chicken pox. I was up all last night dabbing him with special ointment, poor thing. Neither of us got any sleep! Does anyone have any suggestions for how to make poor duck feel better? Rugly

Who says you can't eat ice cream now summer is over? Go for it Rugly!

In a New York Gallery

Don't try this at home! Well you can try it at home, but just don't try it in a New York Gallery! Apparently Lisa got asked to leave just after Rugly posed for this lovely picture. Keep on snapping Lisa and don't let the art Police get in your way!

Swim in the Fjord

OOooohh it was a bit chilly!
Had a quick dip in the fjord yesterday between rain showers. Hjelmeland is just the place for a swim, while you wait for the ferry. Rugly

Tea Party Time

Can you spot me at this tea party? I was having such fun with my new friends. I love a good feast! There was just about every type of food on show at this picnic. Happy Birthday Dolly.

Tau Ferry

Waiting for the Tau Ferry from Stavanger harbour this weekend. All aboard!

Not in there Rugly

You can't go in there Rugly! It's no-entry! Well it used to be anyway about 40 years ago. But this new de-militarized zone near Sola is open to the public. Hundreds of old hangers to explore.

Rugly Does Grassholmen

Rugly visits Grassholmen, just over the bridge from Stavanger Norway. It's one of those places with a real atmosphere. Almost feels like you are on a big old sail boat. Reminds me of Portmeirion in Wales UK. It's all so squashed together and somehow similar to those mini models of places they've built at LegoLand. (where else are there miniature model towns, help me out I can't think!) Picture by Alex.

Rugly The Builder

Where are those pesky trucks and diggers when you need them? Scoop, Lofty, Wendy and that annoying scarecrow thing. Picture by Alex.
